‘He’s Alive. He Just Finished Eating Rice And Turkey,’ Rapper Oladips’ Bestie Confirms

A best friend to the popular Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips has confirmed that the singer who was recently pronounced dead by his management, is alive.

VerseNews reports that the rappers bestie in a social media post shared by microblogger Instablog9ja wrote; “Thank God he is alive,

“Alhmadullilahi

“He just finished eating turkey and rice

“He don dey set ring light

“If the Album don enter No1 by evening Probably tomorrow he’ll post the apology video.”

Before this revelation, VerseNews gathered that singer Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, popularly known as Qdot, has already fueled rumours that Oladips is not dead.

Oladips’ management, in a statement released via his Instagram page on Wednesday, announced that the rapper passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

However, Oladips’ colleague and close associate, Qdot, on Thursday insisted that the rapper is alive.

Sharing a picture of Oladips on his Instagram page, Qdot wrote, “@oladipsoflife, my gee is alive.”

His claim elicited mixed reactions, with many questioning the authenticity of the information while others said it is possible Oladips “faked” his death to promote his album, ‘Superhero Adugbo,’ which was released today.
