The Premier League has officially released the fixtures for the 2026/27 season, with defending champions Arsenal set to kick off their title defence against Coventry City at the Emirates Stadium.
Mikel Arteta’s side will host Frank Lampard’s Championship-winning Coventry City on Friday, August 21, in the season-opening fixture, while several high-profile clashes headline the opening weekend.
Liverpool, under new manager Andoni Iraola, face a difficult trip to Newcastle United, while Manchester City begin a new era without Pep Guardiola at home against Bournemouth.
Manchester United will travel to newly promoted Hull City, while Chelsea face Fulham in a London derby to round off the opening round of fixtures.
The Premier League also confirmed that six matches from the opening weekend will be broadcast live, with fans set for an exciting start to the new campaign.
