The 2022/2023 UEFA Champions League quarter-final draw took place on Friday March 17 at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.

VerseSports reports that, during the draw, eight balls containing the names of the quarter-finalists were placed in a large bowl and shuffled. The first team drawn plays its first match at home, against the second team drawn. The procedure was repeated with the remaining balls in the bowl to complete the quarter-final parings.

The eight (8) teams that made it to the quarter-final of the tournament are:

  • Bayern (GER)
  • Benfica (POR)
  • Chelsea (ENG)
  • Inter (ITA)
  • Man City (ENG)
  •  Milan (ITA)
  • Napoli (ITA)
  •  Real Madrid (ESP)

The paring after the quarter-final draw is shown below.

  • Real Madrid (ESP) v Chelsea (ENG)
  • Benfica (POR) vs. Inter (ITA)
  • Man City (ENG) vs. Bayern (GER)
  • AC Milan (ITA) vs. Napoli  (ITA)

VerseSports reports that the first leg of the quarter-final will take place on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 April with the second leg to be played on 18 and 19 April.

The semi-final has been scheduled to be played on 9/10 and 16/17 May with the final on Saturday June 2023.
