Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos delivered the verdict to deter others from similar offenses.

Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, a controversial cross-dresser, has been sentenced to six months in prison without the option of a fine for charges related to the abuse of the Nigerian naira.

VerseNews reports that the judgment was delivered on Friday, April 12, 2024, by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.
