Chicago State University became a trending topic in Nigeria on a Friday due to the surfacing of academic records belonging to President Bola Tinubu.
VerseNews reports that the university had confirmed the authenticity of Tinubu’s graduation from the institution in 1979.
Chicago State University released Tinubu’s transcript, revealing that he graduated Cum Laude, which signifies that he graduated “with distinction,” “with honor,” or “with praise.”
The transcript, made available to Abubakar Atiku’s lawyers, highlighted Tinubu’s outstanding academic performance during his time at the university.
