VerseNews learnt that within less than a week of his tragic death, Mohbad’s Instagram followers grew from just over 1 million to 2 million.
Mohbad died on September 12th, 2023, at the age of 27, and was buried on September 13th, 2023.
The circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death have led to controversies, including accusations against his former boss, Naira Marley.
Mohbad’s Instagram followers have since increased by an additional 800,000, reaching 2 million.
Additionally, Mohbad’s music streaming numbers have surged, with his songs topping various platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Boom Play.
