VerseNews Nigeria reports that a total number of 15 persons have been arrested with laptops, apps plotting to manipulates election results in Katsina.

Confirming the report, the Spokesperson of the police command in Katsina, SP Gambo Isah, said:
“We arrested fifteen suspects with unspecified numbers of laptops and apps belonging to a political party.”
