Christian Atsu Confirmed Dead, Body Recovered

31-Year-Old Ghana international forward, Christian Atsu has been confirmed dead after the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey earlier this month.

VerseNews reports that Atsu’s agent Murat Uzunmehmet confimed the painful death of the former Premier League Player.

According to Uzunmehmet, Atsu’s body was found in rubble of his home on Saturday morning together with his phone.

“Atsu’s lifeless body was found under the rubble.

“Currently, more items are still being taken out. His phone was also found,” he said.
